This code of conduct outlines the expected behavior of all participants, volunteers, and coaches involved in Skateboard Jersey programs and activities.

Participants:
● Be respectful of all other participants, volunteers, and coaches.
● Skateboard safely and be aware of your surroundings.
● Be positive and encouraging to others.
● Follow the instructions of coaches and volunteers.
Volunteers
● Be respectful of all participants, coaches, and other volunteers.
● Help to ensure the safety of all participants.
● Maintain a positive attitude and be helpful to others.
● Be a role model for participants.
● Act in accordance with Skateboard Jersey’s Mission Statement.
Coaches
● Be respectful of all participants, volunteers, and other coaches.
● Help to ensure the safety of all participants.
● Maintain a positive attitude and be a role model for participants and volunteers.
● Promote sportsmanship and fair play.
● Focus on the development of all participants, regardless of their skill level.
● Act in accordance with Skateboard Jersey’s Mission Statement.
All participants, volunteers, and coaches are expected to adhere to the following:
● Do not engage in any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
● Do not use drugs or alcohol while participating in Skateboard Jersey programs or activities.
● Do not damage or vandalize any Skateboard Jersey property or equipment.

If you observe any behavior that violates this code of conduct, please report it to a coach or volunteer
immediately. Skateboard Jersey is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.
